Appointment of National Business Development Manager
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Kent to the position of National Business Development Manager for SABAR Technologies Pty Ltd.
Michael, who will commence with us on 24 August, 2009, joins us after very successful previous positions in similar roles for two of our major industry competitors.

Campbelltown City Council, New South Wales
Recently awarded in early August, 2009, was a Contract for the supply, installation and commissioning of a new Car Park Management and Control System for the Carberry Lane Multi-storey Car Park in Campbelltown which also services the nearby RSL Club.
Another SlimPark installation, this Project win proves the acceptance of SlimPark as a viable solution for smaller Car Parks in which the full functionality of a PM ABACUS system is not required.
Bayside Village Shopping Centre, Glenelg, South Australia
The prestigious redevelopment of the previously known Bay Junction Shopping Centre at Glenelg in South Australia will be installed with a SlimPark System ideally suited to busy retail environments.
Cairns Central Shopping Centre
With commuter parking becoming a problem within the Cairns Central Shopping Centre 2,500 bay multi-storey Car Park, the Owners moved to contract SABAR to install a PM ABACUS central magnetic stripe Car Park Management and Control System for the Centre in July, 2009. The System will comprise 10 entries, 10 exits and 10 Automatic Payment Stations, including a nested internal Car Park for Staff Parking. Utilising TDU120 discount units, the Centre Car Park will also allow discounting functionality for selected users.
Recently concluded is a Management Contract for the ongoing Management of the Car Park with our associated Company SABAR Protective Services Pty Ltd.
